Because all items are made to order, each product is printed specifically for you when you place your order. This helps reduce waste and overproduction — thank you for supporting independent creators.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sadie@sadied.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly, so cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.
